Green vegetables salad which are not totally boiled and cooked with two bread pieces coupled with a sugar less tea or coffee can be an ideal constituent for a break fast. The lunch should be of one cup rice with dhal and three cup cooked green vegetables with a cup of cereal. Eating habits and the eating items play a major role in controlling the blood sugar level of a diabetic.
